Two of the three parishes of the Episcopal Churches of the Upper Yellowstone have their own Websites. Please click the links to visit St. Andrew's – Livingston, MT or St. John's – Emigrant, MT. St. Mark's information can be found on this site.

St. Mark’s

St. Mark’s is a family-friendly parish, located in beautiful Big Timber, Montana. Big Timber is a ranching community, located along the Boulder River between Livingston and Billings. The Crazy Mountains and the Absarokee Beartooths surround Big Timber on three sides, and the prairie lies to the east.

Through the red door St. Mark’s comes together for prayer, fellowship, worship, and to support the community of Big Timber through a variety of activities. St. Mark’s offers Sunday school for children, Christian education for adults, a warm, friendly atmosphere, and many special events (such as the annual Pancake Supper, Lenten Soup Suppers, and an Italian Dinner to name a few regulars). St. Mark’s is also the founder of and a primary supporter of the Big Timber 4H After School Club.

Members volunteer with many organizations in town in addition to the After School Club, such as the Food Pantry, the Sweet Grass Health & Wellness Foundation, the Thrift Shop, and many more.

Education for Ministry (EFM) is one of many opportunities to explore and grow into our faith.

Sunday Service time for the summer: 6:00 P.M.
